Fill the yard with glow

Trees & Ground Lighting

A lit roofline draws the eye up; trees and ground lighting give the display depth. The best DFW displays glow at every level — canopy, trunk, beds, and the walk to the front door — so the whole property feels warm, not just the outline of the roof.

We wrap trunks and scaffold branches in warm mini lights, cut and terminated per tree, and edge walkways and beds with low, even light. Young trees in newer neighborhoods become centerpieces; mature live oaks become landmarks. Everything runs on the same timers as your roofline and carries the same all-season service.

Questions

About trees & ground lighting

Does wrapping hurt the tree?

No — we tension for the season only and take everything down in January, so nothing girdles growth. LED runs cool, and we never nail or screw into living wood.

How many lights does a tree take?

More than people expect — a properly wrapped mature trunk can carry over a thousand minis. That's why tree work is itemized per tree in your quote, sized to the actual specimen.

Can you light trees without doing the roofline?

Yes. Some of our favorite designs are tree-led — especially on heavily treed lots where the canopy is the architecture.
