We use commercial-grade C9 LED custom-cut to your roofline, whether it's a canal-front townhome near Lake Carolyn or an estate behind a gate in Cottonwood Valley or Hackberry Creek. Many Las Colinas communities are HOA-managed with specific rules on install and takedown timing, and some require gate access — we coordinate that directly so you don't have to.
Pricing starts at $600, with an exact quote before you book. You can own your lights or lease them from us. Las Colinas is in our East zone, which opens early each fall, right after the West zone — book by early October, since gate access and HOA scheduling take extra lead time.
